ONLINE + IN-HOME TRAINING
Times have changed and we are all getting busier and busier. Don’t let that be an excuse to not get your workout in. I come into your home online via live or recorded workout sessions. For your convenience, recorded programs can be done at any time of the day. Live training online is the way to go if you are strict with a consistent time and you need the extra motivation from me personally
In-home training allows me to physically be there for manual stretching and to really help you perfect your form as that’s what needs to take place to help create a total body transformation.
MASSAGE THERAPY
While many trainers focus just on working out, I made it my mission to be unique to Monmouth County, offering both NASM training for all levels + massage therapy all in home.
Our massage therapy now includes Ashiatsu massage, Swedish massage, deep-tissue massage, sport-specific therapy.
This is individualized as needed, OR part of your training package where you can save.
